Biology FAIL

Right after posting this:

No, I'm not an expert in anything. I hated biology class in HS, so I would never try to pass myself off as an authority or anything like that. like a good evo, you've pegged me wrong. All I do is ask questions, and wonder why the evos, in the name of science, can't answer them.

He posts this:

any interest or knowledge of biology is not needed in a discussion of evolution. Nothing a biologist or geneticist sees in the field or under a microscope has anything to do with evolution. evolution and biology are completely different subjects. One is a "hard" science of observation, the other is a "soft" pseudo-science found nowhere but the mind of a fanatical and ideological dreamer. No matter how much knowledge or insight one might have in biology, nothing can combat or change the mind of the pseudo-scientific dreamer.

So THAT'S why they call it evolutionary biology. Because it has nothing to do with evolution. I get it. :P

Wormholes Lead to Heaven

Dad:
Physical science only knows an earth zone style physical 'universe'. Therefore their theories are limited. The concept of a door to another 'universe' however is also found in God's word. Using not strange or exotic matter that is a kissing cousin of the physical only realm, but spiritual forces, such holes are known to be opened. Such doors are a matter of record and fact.

I glanced at a site where they were stuggling with the basic concept, and found a lot of great thoughts and verses, although of course far different conclusions.

I used to lean toward a partial canopy as the source of flood water. I now lean toward the waters coming from outside what we think of as space.


What does the bible say!?

Ge 7:11 - In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

Ge 8:2 - The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;


So, we have in creation week, the waters above the expanse or firmament, and the waters on earth, below. In the expanse were the stars and sun and moon.


A door or window to the third heavens was opened then, apparently.



Many other times is the doors or windows of heaven referred to also.

Isa 24:18 And it shall come to pass, that he who fleeth from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that cometh up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

Mal 3:10 - Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.


Psa 78:23 Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven, 24 And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.


Ezekiel 1:1 Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.


Mark 1:10 And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:


Luke 3:21 Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened,

22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.


Since we do not know what space (the second heavens) really is far away, we cannot know distances to stars, or sizes, etc. Knowing that space may be a LOT smaller makes heaven seem a lot closer. And it is amazing that man can have and has had a direct connection to the abode of the Almighty!!!

Real science can be so interesting.

Wow. So...wormholes go...to heaven. Gotcha. No...no. Not crazy and without any evidence at all.
